A Visit to Noen Café and Yaiko Baachan

November 11th, 2014

The Ouse Kaachanzu (Ouse Mothers) visited “Noen Café Yaiko Baachan” in Ishikawa, Ishikawa District, Fukushima Prefecture.

Usually, the Ouse Kaachanzu are the cooking teachers, but being the students gave them a chance to experience an omotenashi (“Japanese hospitality”) awakening.

The Kaachanzu look forward to taking what they learned from Ms. Ohira and putting it into practice for those who visit Ouse.
