The Sato Household
The fields of Sato Noen, run by the rice-farming Sato family, are surrounded by the abundant nature of the Ouse area. For the Sato family, providing everyday farming experiences is about sharing the joy of farming with younger generations who will shape the future.
Sato is also the shop manager of Ouse Chaya, a small open-air eatery in Ouse Park, and has experience working in schools making school lunches. Guests can look forward to delicious, nourishing meals made with generous amounts of locally sourced ingredients.
Other experiences to look forward to are rice farming, harvesting vegetables in the early hours while the morning dew still sparkles, and much more.
I feel so much joy that Ouse is the heart of many wonderful encounters which grow deeper over time. Guests quickly become friends after two or three visits, and they often bring along their own friends too.
